Defenestration came to prominence as part of the UK Nu-Metal scene between 1999-2004. Their sound also included Sludge Metal, Classic Metal and Hardcore influences.

After 20 years of absence, Defenestration is preparing a first show in 2024, which he documents on his Instragram account.
