Lauren Kashan was vocalist from the founding of the group until 2021. Marissa Ward's voice is on the EP “Imperfect Animal” released in 2022. Lauren had left the group stating “it became an environment that was detrimental and violated my values and the very ethos of what I thought Sharptooth stood for in the first place.” A few months after the group disbanded in 2023, new singer Marissa Ward corroborated the first singer's impressions.
