NO HOPE X MANKIND was originally an internet-only group. NO HOPE X MANKAND was formed in 2021 during Under The Bridge, a hardcore event presented under the Van Horne Viaduct in Montreal. A rare group to play beatdown tuned in F, it took several auditions to find musicians. The first practices took place in the kitchen of a punk at Fattal (a loft recognized by the local scene) nicknamed “jam and breakfast”. Katerine wrote and recorded all the vocals for the first EP in her bedroom.
